Choose your product at home or in the store with the help of our assistants and get the lowest prices on a range of 40,000 products, which you can pick up at the store within 24 to 48 hours after ordering. Pixmania brings together all the advantages of e-commerce (price and choice) with the convenience of purchasing over the counter (advice, buying confidence).

A computer is available at the Pick-Up store itself for your ordering convenience; our staff is also able to place orders for you.
The Pixmania pick-up store allows you to purchase a selection of high-tech products directly in store, as well as accessories and consumables such as batteries, memory cards, memory card readers, miniDVs, etc. You can also get advice on PIXmania's wide range of products.
Once your parcel has arrived at the Pick-Up store, an e-mail will be sent to you. If you gave your mobile phone number on the registration form, an SMS will also be sent to you.
When you buy a product directly from the store, a service charge is applied. The service charge not only includes the transportation fees from our warehouse, but also management and handling fees. These fees are displayed once you have selected your product, just before the identification page.
Once you have placed an order for delivery to the Pick-Up store with choice of payment at the store, you must confirm this order by responding to the e-mail you will receive. This is in order to ensure that you have not placed an order twice by accident.
The time between the order date and the pick-up date allows us to
transport the material from our warehouse to our pick-up store. After
placing your order, you have 72 hours to collect your product from the
store. However, you can ask the Pick-up Store to hold your product for up
to 7 days, simply by calling customer services on
By credit card at the store - This is recommended by Pixmania because it is the fastest and most secure payment method available. Please bring a valid proof of ID (passport or driving licence). We regret that we cannot accept payment by American Express.
By credit card for orders placed in advance on the site - Please bring a valid proof of ID (passport or driving licence).
In cash at the store - Please try to have the right change ready when you come to collect your order.
Please note that we do not accept American Express and we are unable to offer credit through the Pick-Up Store.
NB. For all orders paid by credit card in advance on the website: if the person collecting the order is not the card holder, they will be asked to provide a valid form of ID for themselves and the card holder, and proof of address for the card holder (housing contract, utility bill etc.) and the person collecting the order.

Collect your photos, frames, albums and customised myPIX objects directly at the PIXmania Pick Up Store.
The payment is made online, no payment shall be accepted at the Pick Up Store. An email and/or an SMS will keep you informed of the status of your order. Orders must be collected in a maximum period of 7 days after their arrival at the Pick Up Store. After that period, they will not be kept by myPIX. After Sales Service is not done through the Pick Up Store; it is conducted through myPIX.
Please present your invoice or confirmation email when collecting your order at the Pick Up Store.
