Sony brilliantly combines top quality performances and user-friendliness with the DCR-HC51! It's incredibly easy to get great results with the DCR-HC51, because it comes with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens that captures contrast and colours for natural-looking images. Its Advanced HAD CCD sensor and 40x optical zoom allow you to get up close to your subjects without losing any quality, while its Easy Handycam function changes the camcorder?s settings to automatic mode, making it easy for beginners to use. All of the DCR-HC51?s features are directly accessible on its 2.5? screen. The DCR-HC51 is also equipped with a full range of connections, so you can watch your home videos on your computer or television. Video quality can be improved using its image stabiliser, windbreak filter and pre-set modes. Sony has certainly achieved its goal with flying colours with the DCR-HC51!
