Canon's DC300 series has brought innovations to camcorder technology, thanks to its DVD devices with advanced zoom systems. The DC330 is part of this series and includes the latest technologies to make this family camcorder fun and easy to use.
It records images that are bursting with colour directly to DVD, and it's compatible with RW and dual layer discs. This makes it easier to archive videos and transfer them to a computer, and also guarantees that you don't lose films by accidentally recording over them!  
The DC330 has an 1.07-megapixelpixel sensor and an advanced 45x zoom, as well as a digital image stabiliser, which is great for focusing and carrying out impressive tracking shots!  It has an LCD screen that doubles as a video light: when the screen is pointing towards the subject being filmed it lights up the subject, allowing you to see what you're filming even when it's dark.
You can even take still shots on the DC330 thanks to its SD/SDHC photo function.
