This camcorder comes with a 40 GB hard drive and a 1-megapixel CCD sensor, as well as a Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar lens, so you can film clear and colourful, true-to-life images. You can capture even the tiniest details as you see them with the 25x optical zoom, while its 2000x digital zoom ensures results are well-contrasted. The DCR-SR55 also has an LCD touch screen so you can set your preferences and favourite modes, and even manually adjust focusing and exposure in just a few seconds. The DCR-SR55 is supplied with an accessories hot shoe for hooking up a flash or video lamp, and a remote control and HandyCam docking station, making it one of the most practical family camcorders available on today?s market!
