Initially I was delighted with the unit and its features however it failed after three weeks while playing music and went into a continuous reboot loop. I have had to send it back for repair.

I ordered my ARCHOS after researching the pro's and con's with various other well known MP3 playing brands against what i was actually after...this came out on top. Having had my ARCHOS a week now I am very impressed with what it has to offer, what it can do and the potential within. The price was important also and Pixmania had it cheaper by quite a margin over their competitors and that was inclusive of UPS delivery price. It's superb as a device to store and play my music collection in my car, it performs incredibly well with movies (depending on the quality of what you're putting on it) and when charged properly the battery life can stand up with the rest of them out there.
