The 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO DG Macro from Sigma is a clear and distinct zoom lens optimised for use with a digital reflex camera.
Three glass lenses with SLD (special dispersion lenses) - two in the group in front and one in the rear - allows it to correct any chromatic aberrations at all focal distances, making it great for macro photography. This lens also has a reproduction ratio of 1:2, a focal distance of 300 mm and a dedicated cursor allowing for a change of focal distances between 200 mm and 300 mm in macro mode.
