Bought this for Christmas to replace a filter machine and cafetiers which made ok coffee. Got a terrific price and very good service from Pixmania as always. The machine looks great , feels very sturdy and sits securely on its rubber feet. It came whith a free tin of Illy ground coffee and proved to be very easy to use. I have made Espresso, Capuchino, Americano and Machiatto all of which have been as good as coffee shop products. Obviously this depends on the beans /blend/grind, but that is personal choice. The frother is brilliant and also makes great Hot Chocolate. Some people on other sites have commented that the machine is noisy, but I have not found this, just a reassuring pumping noise as the coffee comes through. All in all a great little machine at the price and thoroughly recommended. |
