DYSON DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner

Don't buy this if you are an asthmatic. As the exhaust air from the ball blows on the floor blowing all the dust into the air. This is not good for asthmatics as breathing it the dust can cause and Asthma attack. One of the worst Dyson buys I have made. It’s a very expensive door stop.

We bought this to replace a 6 month old VAX vacuum which kept failing to work after it's first trial. The VAX was loud, and had half the suction power of this Dyson. No comparison really. This ball technology vacumm is very easy to maneuver. The suction is great. We were slighltly worried the 1.3 litre bin may have been too little, however, it's more than plenty on a large 3 bed house. Also love the way all the bit's and pieces snap together.

The only thing against it is the noise factor. I don't know how many decibels, but it's a lot!

Would definitely recommend this vacuum from Pixmania. Curry's would not budge or match price!

We have a dog who constantly sheds. This vacuum tackles this amazingly and without the smell lingering in the vacuum itself. The whole design is geared for ease of use. The hose extension is far easier to use than our previous Dyson. The ball, which I was skeptical, is an amazing design. It allows greater manouverability and is much kinder to your back!! The animal has special filterd that seem to neutralise the odours of dog hair within the cleaner. It is lightweight and emptying the cylinder is, again, much easier than on the previous Dyson. A retractable, slightly longer cord would have made this perfect. Can't believe I have reached an age where I got excited over a vacuum cleaner!!

Overall it's an Exceptional upright vacuum cleaner, their support line is excellent also should you need to contact them for any reason. In my experience ....Polite, knowledgeable about the products and friendly. I would have given it 10/10 if only the power cord and pull out wand were both a metre or so longer. A small price to pay though for an otherwise awesome upright cleaner.

I love Dyson cleaners they are excellent but if you want to use the hose and tools on a regular basis it is a pain to pull out and use.
