The Legria HV40 FROM cANON follows on from the successful HV30
With the same weight and size of its
predecessor, it comes with the added bonus of DV and AV inputs,
as well as a digital/analogue converter for transferring old videos to digital
supports.
The Legria HV40 is a modern camcorder that
allows you to save and archive your videos easily. It has a
brand new 2.96-megapixel Full HD CMOS sensor and a 1080i HDV recording
mode. In fact, you can record images in Full HD quality on a single MiniDV
tape.
What's more, the HV40 is equipped with an HDMi socket, which
ensures displays on LCD televisions are clearer. The Legria HV40 also boasts a wide-range optical image
stabiliser for added user-friendliness, and it has a video lamp with 0.2-lux
sensitivity, allowing you to take fantastic shots even at night.
