Besides its stylish design and retractable lens, the Digital Ixus 100 IS includes a 12-megapixel CCD sensor for poster-size
prints. AF face detection technology with subject tracking guarantees perfectly-exposed,
sharp snaps, while the intelligent auto mode analyses the
scene you're shooting in detail before selecting the most appropriate settings.
The Digital Ixus 100IS doesn't just
take photos though! It can also be used to shoot high definition videos, enabling you to record
short clips in HD with resolutions of 1280 x 720 pixels at a speed of 30 frames
per second.
The Digital Ixus 100 IS also has an HDMi socket, a video output, a
USB 2.0 port and Pictbridge connectivity, so you can transfer
photos quickly and easily.
