Canon puts all its know-how in the palm of your hand with
the PowerShot A1100 IS. This compact camera will certainly
knock your socks off with all the technology it has to offer!
First of all, it boasts a 12-megapixel CCD sensor, which is
able to take photos with resolutions of up to 4000 x 3000 pixels. It also has
an optical stabiliser complete with motion detection, and an incredible 4x
optical zoom, which allows you to focus really quickly with utmost precision.
This PowerShot camera is equally equipped with Canon's DIGIC 4 processor with
ISAPS, meaning the PowerShot A1100 IS switches itself on almost
instantly.
Designed to take the most amazing shots, the PowerShot
A1100IS sports face recognition technology, too, so you'll be able to
take professional-quality portrait snaps!
An intelligent
auto mode has been integrated into the A1100 IS. This
mode works with a host of scene modes to fix the camera's settings according to
the subject you're shooting and exposure conditions - so you don't have to.
Meanwhile, i-Contrast brightens up shady areas, so you're
guaranteed seriously sensational shots every time you snap!
