The EOS 500D is a great consumer
SLR camera with a 15.1-megapixel sensor and a Full HD video

Thanks to its APS-C-type CMOS sensor, the 500D is ideal for

Its DIGIC 4 processor works with the incredible ISO 3200 sensitivity to

the large AF range, which has 9 focus points including a central one for the precise
burst mode to provide unrivalled performances with f2.8-aperture lenses.
With this Canon digital SLR camera, you'll never miss a thing: in
fact, you can even record split-second action with 1920 x 1080p resolution using
the Full HD video mode.
Among the EOS 500D's set of connectors, you'll find an
HDMi socket for hooking up an HD-compatible TV. Plus, the camera's outer casing is
made of stainless steel, and there's a cleaning system built into the body to
prevent the build-up of dust.
