I had an ongoing problem trying various methods to get internet connectivity to my PS3. My router was too far away to get anything above 10% signal registering and could rarely (if ever) get a connection. I could move my router to the living room whenever I wanted to play online but this was awkward and impractical. I tried an ethernet gaming bridge with limited success - I could connect on occasion but had to fiddle with the antenna almost constantly. I was initially highly skeptical about a system that carried an ethernet signal through the mains wiring, particularly since I need to plug the two adapters into separate circuits. However, took the plunge figuring that I could take them back if they didn't work. I was pleasantly surprised. From the instant I plugged them in to the mains and the router I was able to see from the status lights that they were good to go. My PlayStation connected immediately and I never lost signal. There is an option to encrypt your connection if you install the software but I didn't see the need on a hard wired system. Beautifully easy Beautifully effective. If I had to state a disadvantage it would be that each adapter only has one ethernet port - now I have to unplug the PS3 if I want to use my sky anytime +, but this is hardly a hardship all things considered.	+ Ease of installation/Use	- Number of ethernet ports	21/02/2011	10 out of 10
