I want to upgrade my Windows Business Vista to Windows 7 mainly to improve the wireless which keeps dropping out in Vista. The process is strewn with potential problems. Firstly I ordered wrongly an upgrade to Windows 7, turned out to be a licence only, no good. Next i ordered an upgrade, however I can't upgrade from Business Vista to Windows 7 home, so I need to re-install, yet to do! So the moral of the story is life ain't what it used to be it now needs careful research and knowledge.

I purchased an upgrade from vista to windows 7 at a very good price from Pixmania (didn't think they done software) anyway it loaded okay but it did take about 2 hours, I suppose it had to convert the files from Vista, had a small problem with my printer driver, but once I deleted my original driver and used the windows driver everything appears to be working alright and I think windows 7 has a lot better user interface than Vista, so if your thinking about the upgrade go for it, but remember if your upgrade is from vista to windows 7 home premium allow about 2 hours. |
