It works fine, but took me a little time to figure it out how to adjust for the 12V outlet. A bit heavy!

It is generally a good product. It seems durable and has got an in-built fuse. You can also adjust how firmly you want it to be held in the female part of the socket (the one in your car). This feature is particularly useful when driving on a bumpy road. You can also pivot the head through almost 180 degrees. The only drawback is that it is a bit tall. It protrudes too much.
