I bought this tripod along with my Sony TRV-270E Handycam Camcorder about a year ago and I have found it very useful. The tripod is alot more stable than other tripods I have used. It is a lightweight, robust and easy to use piece of equipment, with great extending legs and easy height adjustment. The swivel arm is a very useful feature as this helps alot when shooting multi-directional shots and keeps the camera a lot more steady than free-hand use. I even use the tripod on my Vivitar Digital camera to take long-exposure shots.
