I wasn't sure about buying this but I'm glad I did. The machine was very easy to set up with all the ingredients and leave overnight for a timed loaf in the morning. Nothing gets you out of bed quicker than the armoa of freshly baked bread. Its easy to clean and as I said simple to set up. The bread also lasts a couple of days which is great considering it hasn't got any of those nasty preservatives in it too...My first loaf needed a little bit more salt but its all about experimentation...lurve it !! |

I noticed that I don't have to use any of the Xanthan Gum to keep 100% whole wheat and whole grain breads from forming, something which I had to add without fail in previous bread machines I had. The special blade for 100% whole grain breads is useful; you should used it for any 100% whole grain/wheat bread that does not have while flour in it.

I was a bit wary about spending a lot of money on a breadmaker and thought it might just be a gimmick with lots of faults. I'm so glad I took the chance and bought it. I'm on to loaf three now and it is so easy. The instruction book has loads of recipes so I'm going to work my way through them. A basic white loaf can be made in just two hours on the rapid setting and makes the best toast. The handy nut dispenser means you can get a seeded loaf for no extra effort. The bread pan is non-stick so very easy to clean. Just make sure you invest in an oven glove so you don't risk burning yourself taking the bread pan out of the machine. |
