The Toshiba Camileo SX500 is
no-run-of-the-mill camcorder, shooting HD video with resolutions up to 1920 x
1080 pixels.
The 10-megapixel CMOS sensor on the Camileo SX500 by Toshiba is coupled with
a 5x zoom, and the minimum illumination rating is 4 lux, meaning you're
guaranteed fantastic footage even with dim lighting.
In addition to 1600 ISO sensitivity, the SX-500 has a still image mode
with LED flash and face detection (max. 12 subjects). Photos are rendered with
up to 4000 x 3000 pixels. There's even a digital image
stabiliser to keep things steady, and a 2.7-inch LCD swivel screen for
previewing your work on the Camileo SX 500.
