The new Caplio R7 is the successor to the award-winning Caplio R6! With an 8-megapixel sensor and a wide-angle lens (28 mm), the Caplio R7 takes digital photography to an even higher level. Retaining the best features of its predecessor, the Caplio R7 further enhances the series' reputation by adding a dual retractable-lens system and a powerful 7.1x zoom, so you can take photos of anything you choose. Its CCD-shift vibration correction function and ISO 1600 sensitivity work together to compensate for camera shake and low lighting conditions, ensuring excellent results. Its Smooth Imaging Engine III reduces the noise that can occur when taking photos in high sensitivity mode, without any loss in quality. The Caplio R7 also has a 2.7” LCD screen, making it easy to monitor your shots, and a host of advanced built-in functions, including the ADJ (adjust) button, which corrects exposure, a set of intuitive image editing modes, a face-detection feature and a number of scene modes. The Caplio R7 comes complete with a battery, allowing you to take up to 300 photos, and is set to continue the success of the Caplio series!
