Voted Best Video projector for 2007-2008 at the EISA awards, the VPL-VW60 BRAVIA uses Sony SXRDTM (Silicon X-Tal Reflective Display) technology to produce Full HD 1080p images with impressive clarity.
Its BRAVIA ENGINE processor reduces noise and reinforces colour with remarkable precision.
The powerful, 200W ultra high pressure lamp produces exceptional brightness of up to 1,000 lumens.
As a result, the VPL-VW60 BRAVIA displays incredible images with superb colour and clarity on screens measuring up to 300 inches.
The BRAVIA Theatre Sync technology and HDMI connections make it possible to use the VPL-VW60 BRAVIA with other elements of a Home Cinema system. You can also activate the playback and stand-by functions using a single button on the remote control.
The VPL-VW60 BRAVIA synchronises converging signals so images appear incredibly smooth, and it has an anamorphic zoom function with three panels to actually recreate CinemaScope’s 2.35:1 ratio.
The VPL-VW60 BRAVIA uses the Advanced Iris 2 system coupled with an automatic adjust function to control the projection light scene by scene, and produce an incredible 35,000:1 contrast rate!
