Supplied here with AF-S DX 18-55 mm VR and AF-S DX 55-200 mm VR lenses, the D3100 is equipped with a 14.2-megapixel
CMOS sensor and an EXPEED 2 processor to produce breathtaking images with
natural-looking colours and pin-sharp detail. High sensitivity reduces the risk
of blur, and Active D-Lighting products pictures with extreme contrast between
light and dark area, resulting in no loss of tone.
The D3100 is even
equipped with an HD movie mode for capturing 1920x1080-pixel videos, and an
integrated dust reduction system to prevent your photos from being ruined.
