The unit it great, I can now see out of the windows, even when I have washing hanging around drying. It is fairly quiet which is a relief and because it's quite slim it doesn't intrude into the room as much as I worried it might. The only niggle I have, and the one I predicted is refitting the reservoir after emptying. There is definitely a knack to it and I'm beginning to get the hang now, after a couple of uses. All in all I'm quite happy with this unit and delighted with the price.	+ Does exactly what it should.	- Emptying the reservoir.	05/12/2010	9 out of 10
