Adventure is yours for the taking with the µ 1030 SW from Olympus! This camera is waterproof, shockproof, freezeproof and crushproof, and goes everywhere you do! It?s designed for use in even the most extreme conditions, because it?s waterproof to 10 metres and supports loads of up to 100 kg. It withstands falls of up to 2 metres, and resists temperatures as low as -10°C! Voted "Best Compact Camera 2008" at the EISA awards, the µ 1030 SW is also equipped with a 10.1-megapixel sensor and a 3.6x wide-angle optical zoom, meaning your photos will turn out perfectly each and every time. Its digital image stabiliser compensates for blur, while its BrightCapture technology improves the conditions for low light shooting. The 2.7? Hyper Crystal II LCD screen on the µ 1030 SW means you can monitor your creations in full sunlight and at awkward angles. The µ 1030 SW?s other features include a host of scene modes and a face detection function, which are perfect for those of you taking your first steps in the world of digital photography.
