With a 10-megapixel CCD sensor and a number of advanced functions, the K200D is an impressive technological tour de force. Don’t be fooled by its small price; the K200D has everything you have come to expect from a camera in this category. It uses award-winning Pentax PRIME (PENTAX Real Image Engine) technology to ensure photos are nothing less than perfect. Photos taken by the K200D always turn out full of details, colours and textures, because its Shake Reduction stabilisation system and sensitivity going up to 1600 ISO are automatically controlled to adapt to the shooting conditions. A user-friendly sensor cleaning mode gently dislodges settled dust, while the 2.7” LCD screen on the weatherproof casing allows you to monitor your creations. Ideal for use in even the most unfavourable environments thanks to its stainless steel body, the K200D is the new reference in the world of digital SLR cameras. The K200D is supplied with a standard SMC DA 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 AL zoom lens, which is suited to most situations.
