The original idea behind this new F2.8 DG Macro EX lens was to use new lens structures that take into consideration the features specific to digital SLR cameras. This macro telephoto lens produces remarkable quality photos, even with digital SLR cameras. Ghosting and reflections are eliminated by a special optics construction, improved curves on glass elements and a new, innovative multi-layer coating. A lens hood can be attached without having to use a screw, which makes using the circular polarising filter easier, and the minimum aperture of F45 means you’ll be able to see things further away!
