Sony presents the successor to the highly acclaimed DCR-SR32: the DCR-35! This hard drive camcorder builds on the features of its predecessor with a much larger 2.7? touch screen. Instead of recording to DVD or miniDV discs, the DCR-SR35 saves up to 20 hours of video footage straight to its 30 GB hard drive, and it comes with an 800,000-pixel CCD sensor, a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens and an optical stabiliser, ensuring you get sensational quality images each and every time. In addition to its many other modes and settings, the DCR-SR35 has a host of shooting functions that will help you obtain great results just like a pro. These include white balance, backlight correction, faders, scene backgrounds and special effects. You can manually adjust exposure with spot focusing and spot metering on its clever touch screen, and hook up your computer for transferring short films via its USB 2.0 port. The DCR-SR35 is also shock resistant, making it one of the sturdiest family camcorders on the market.
