Thanks to the HVR-S270E, you’ll be able to switch from HDV to DV formats easily, and even convert the resolution of your HDV 1080i videos into 576i using its FireWire output. In addition to all these features, the HVR-S270E has a host of different recording modes designed specifically for professionals and digital cinematographers, and a whole set of BNC connectors for connecting a screen, as well as an XLR audio input for adding a microphone. The HVR-S270E even uses Exmor technology, meaning you can attach professional lenses.
