Checker digital network cables that came with 8 remote terminators numbered 1 through 8 who are used to identify individual cables in a wiring harness. Ideal for testing and patch of cables in a patch panel. It comes in a carrying case made of canvas that includes the 8 terminators and cable tester. Works with a 9 VDC battery and provides ON / OFF MODE selection buttons ESC and ENTER (or selection). With 2 RJ45-Female connector on the unit and LCD. Allows you to check identifying the type of cables cable pin-out but you can set default 4 pin-outs definable special cables to identify 4 of the user. The types of cable used: UTP FTP STP and LCT-400. The pin-outs are predefined 10/100Base-T Token Ring TP-PMD AT amp T 258A EIA/TIA-568A/B USOC and BNC/10Base-2 10/100Base-HUB. The two basic functions are the identification of functional cables / erroneous and of identification of cables. Ideal for large installations and for connecting a handle on each rosette installation so that when you go to the patch panel to see a bunch of cables the display shows the cable checked with your ID number which quickly partnership can make a patch panel and rosettes.
