Very fast delivery, ordered Sunday 29 April 2012, received Tuesday(AM) 2 May 2012. Considering that the parcel came from Belgium, very impressive. I had visited several forums and found that some people thought that the product was useless in the UK as the manual and voice messages were in French.and speed was shown in kph. They were right about the manual and the voice messages before the unit was set up correctly for the UK, which was easy. Merely go to the the English section at wikango.com, download the English Manual and the Installation program. Install the software and run it, then connect the unit to your computer and choose the English language option., Then use the Manual Update option, rather than the Automatic. Follow the instructions closely. When installation is complete, run the Setup option to change kph to MPH, etc., etc I have not had time to explore all the options but the unit performs properly in the area in which I live. So far, I am happy with the unit and will be testing it extensively, if I can afford the petrol. Anyone with basic Windows knowledge should have no problems when installing the software and unit.	+ It does what it says on the tin, so far.	- French Manual Problem which was easily resolved.	02/05/2012	8 out of 10
