HP will send a permanent replacement unit, freight prepaid, via air freight to those who call HP between 9AM-6PM eastern time, Monday through Friday. Once the replacement unit has arrived, the defective unit must be returned to HP within 3 working days of the receipt of the product with the enclosed shipping materials.
