The 58 AF-1C is fully compatible with all of today's digital metering systems, Metz has long been established as the premier manufacturer of handle mount flashes. The 58 AF-1 can perform seamlessly in conjunction with ALL digital and film cameras even WIRELESS functionality is included. While Metz flashes have been synonymous with "upgradeability", the new 58 AF-1 Digital include a USB port for end-user upgrades. This eliminates the timely process involved with returning the flash to Bogen Imaging for upgrade. Now, when Canon introduces a change to their metering, a customer can simply connect their flash via the USB and download the firmware upgrade FREE!
