A \"no-fuss\" After-Sales service


Problem with your product ? Not entirely happy with your purchase ?
When you return your product, Pixmania makes sure that it is replaced or repaired.


  • The warranties

    All our digital cameras and camcorders have a 2 year warranty.
    Other items have a warranty of between 1 and 5 years depending on the manufacturer and the extended warranties available..

  • Warranty conditions

    The warranty does not apply when faults result from damage caused by outside events, accidents (notably electrical or physical damage, misuse etc.) or any actions that go against the advice and instructions provided in the product manual.
    The warranty conditions also exclude all products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or a non-authorised repair centre.
    The warranty does not apply for any obvious defect or damage to the product that is not reported in the first 15 days following the delivery of the product. No claim for this type of problem shall be considered after the end of this 15 day period.

  • The returns procedure…

    Returning the product:

    • In the 1st year most products are returned directly to the manufacturer

    • In the 2nd year they are returned to Pixmania's After-Sales service

    Returns are processed as follows:

    • Products received during the returns period, in their original packaging, are exchanged or refunded.

    • The main product is repaired (along with any related accessories, if necessary). PIXMANIA cannot be held responsible for lost or unreturned accessories (except for accessories directly linked to the fault).

    NB: If you receive a product that does not correspond to your order please contact Customer Services

    Any returned product must be accompanied by the following documentation:

    • A copy of your invoice

    • A returns coupon

    The product should be returned by post, and we recommend that you take out insurance to cover the parcel in transit.
    No parcel should be sent to the Fotovista / Pixmania head office
    Return costs and transit risks are to be covered by the customer.
