How can I consult, download and archive a bill?

Your bill can be consulted at any time through our Internet site via the « Order Tracking » link. Once your order has been shipped, you can view and/or print your bill from the order tracking section. If your order is divided into a number of parcels, you will receive a bill for each one.
You can archive your bill by saving it in electronic format or simply by printing it (every bill is available for 6 years). Please do as follows:

- Go to our home page and click on the « Order Tracking » link.
-Log in using your email address and your password then click « submit».
-Once in your space, click on the link Track your Order».
-Click on «forwarding».
-Click on the bill number starting with FCL to consult, download or print your bill.
