How can I get the difference in price reimbursed?

Conditions for the lowest price guarantee.(Under the Zen Engagement)

If you find the same product (same brand, same model, same version or edition immediately available) brand new and cheaper (with the same included accessories and equivalent warranty), PIXMANIA will reimburse the difference in price. This lowest price guarantee only applies to products in the ranges CAMERA, CAMCORDER, TV VIDEO, I.T. PRODUCTS, SOUND and TELEPHONY (accessories and consumables not included). The price must be the price displayed excluding the use of gift vouchers, promotional offers or temporary reductions for product clearance or sales in particular. This offer is restricted to products bought on www.pixmania.com and for one use per household.
The offer is not applicable for products sold on web sites using a system based on bidding or for sales between private individuals (and) or for delivery outside the UK mainland.

Procedure for the application of the lowest price guarantee.

If you find the same product at a cheaper price within 7 days of placing your order on www.pixmania.com (in accordance with the conditions outlined below) you can request a reimbursement of the difference.
To obtain the reimbursement you just need to send us a copy of your invoice, a printout of the page on the website with the same product as you purchased from Pixmania (listed at a lower price) and your banking information.
Once the details have been confirmed, we will reimburse you the price difference between the product you purchased on www.pixmania.com and the price you have found on another site in the UK according to the above conditions, by bank transfer.
