CANCELLATION AND REFUND

I want to cancel my order in full.

You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched.

If your order is being prepared for dispatch when you make your cancellation request, we cannot stop the parcel from being sent out. Consequently, we ask you to refuse delivery by the transporter so that it can be returned to us.

Once the parcel refused by you has been registered at our After-Sales Service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and can thus request a refund.

I want to cancel part of my order.

During the preparation process, your order may be dispatched in several parcels depending on the availability of products. If one or more products are not in stock, you may request:
- a refund of the missing product(s),
- or a cheque valid for 1 year on all products in our catalogue.

I want to receive information regarding the refund of my order.

Following the partial or full cancellation of your order, you will have received an e-mail advising you that a refund request is in progress. You can view the refund terms and conditions below, according to the method of payment you chose (this list is not exhaustive):

Credit card online:
If your order was paid for by credit card on our website, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 4 working days (if you have a bank card with immediate debit) or within 30 working days (if you have a bank card with deferred debit).

Bank transfer:
If your order was paid for by bank transfer, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 working days.

Cash and credit card payments in Pick-Up Stores:
If your order was paid for in cash or by credit card in the Pick-Up Store, please send us your bank details so that we can proceed with a refund by bank transfer, which will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 working days.

I want to receive information regarding the refund of a product returned within the retraction deadline.

Following the return of a product to the After-Sales Service within 15 workable days after the delivery date, you receive:
- a refund if the return was made between the 1st and the 7th day
- a PIXmania gift voucher if the return was made between the 8th and the 15th day.

Important: if you paid for your order through Paypal, no gift voucher can be issued, as a refund is compulsory.

A refund request is made within 2 to 21 working days once your return has been registered and accepted by our After-Sales Service.
