The VIPix card
There are so many great reasons to get a VIPix card. You can add one to an existing order or buy the card on its own.

  How do I get a VIPix card?
When you place an order, you will be offered the VIPix card as an optional extra on the Order Summary page (step 3 of the ordering process). If you don’t want to take advantage of our VIPix scheme, simply click on the “Remove” link. You’ll also get 50% off the cost of a VIPix card if you add a Zen Engagement to your order.

  When will I receive my VIPix card?
 
If you bought the VIPix card on its own, it will be sent to you by post at your stated delivery address within a few days of ordering. If you ordered your VIPix card at the same time as other products, your VIPix card will come in the same package as the rest of your order. Please note that if you order your VIPix card with a bulky product, it will usually be sent to you separately.

  What should I do if I haven’t received my VIPix card?
If do not receive your VIPix card with one week after your order has been validated, please contact our customer services team by email.

  How can I take advantage of VIPix Club offers?
If you are ordering a VIPix club card at the same time as other products, you will benefit from the following offers immediately: - discounts on a range of accessories - discounts on extended warranties. These offers will appear when you reach the Order Summary stage (step 3) of your order. Please note that the 50% reduction on shipping fees is only available once you have activated your VIPix account (offer valid on orders over £100 and on standard delivery methods only).

  My VIPix card has expired. How can I renew my VIPix Club membership?
You can continue to enjoy all the VIPix Club’s great offers by ordering a new VIPix card on our website.

Gifts
Buying a gift? You can purchase gift vouchers online or have gift-wrapped products delivered to the address of your choice.

  Can I order several gift vouchers at once?
You can order several electronic gift vouchers at once and for the amount of your choice. The gift vouchers will be sent to your selected beneficiaries by e-mail within 24 hours of purchase. If you purchase several gift vouchers in one order, each beneficiary will receive a unique code, which can then be redeemed for the corresponding value of their voucher.

  How can I get a product gift wrapped?
You can select gift wrapping as an optional extra on a range of products sold by PIXmania.com at the Order Summary stage (step 3). When you select this option, a text box will appear for you to enter your own personal message to add to the gift.

  I couldn’t see the gift-wrap option. Why might this be?
The gift-wrap option is currently only available on a selection of products.

PIXmania offers a range of warranty options for added peace of mind.

  How can I get a Zen Engagement?
Most items ordered on our website are eligible for cover by our Zen Engagement. This can be added to the products of your choice at the Order Summary stage (step 3) of your order. Once your order has been validated, your Zen Engagement will be available for download in your user account (it will not be delivered with your order).

  How can I remove a Zen Engagement from my order?
If you want to remove the Zen Engagement, click on "More information" at the Order Summary stage (step 3) of your order. You can then remove the Zen Engagement by selecting the appropriate option.

  Can I get an extended warranty?
We offer extended warranties on a range of products. Warranty extensions are an optional extra and are featured on the product information sheet. Simply select the length of the extended warranty in the box.
