Ordering from a seller
In order to offer you the largest possible selection of products, PIXmania.com allows other professionals to sell goods on our website. These sellers are carefully selected for the quality of their service and product range. All of our sellers are responsible for the delivery and after-sales service of the products they sell on our website.

How do I place an order with a seller?
The online ordering process is exactly the same for products sold by PIXmania or our sellers - except that you’ll see the seller’s name on the product description page and throughout the order process. As well as the seller’s name, you’ll also see the product’s price, availability and a short description of its main features. To find out more about a seller, you can click on their name to view their contact details, terms and conditions of sale, and reviews left by previous customers. You can check the progress of orders placed with sellers in the order tracking section of your user account.

Why can I find the same product at different prices?
Sometimes, several sellers offer the same product on PIXmania.com. When this happens, there will be a separate product information sheet for each seller’s item. Here, you’ll see the seller’s name; the price; the delivery method; the delivery costs; stock availability and estimated delivery times. You can use this information to help you decide from which seller you wish to purchase the product.

You can buy products from several sellers, as well as Pixmania, in one order. Once your order has been confirmed by our services, each seller will be sent a list of products to prepare and dispatch.

When you order a product from one of our partners, you can rate their general quality of service and delivery time, and leave your comments via the order tracking section of your user account. We pay close attention to the comments and feedback left by all of our customers to ensure you always receive the highest possible quality of service.

If you would like more information about a product sold by one of our partners, you should contact the seller directly. Contact details can be found on the seller’s information page. For any enquiries or requests concerning the delivery or return of items ordered from a seller, you should contact them directly. Their details can be found in the order tracking section of your user account - simply click on the seller’s name above your basket.

What should I do if I can’t contact the seller?
Our partners are responsible for preparing and delivering your order and will be able to answer any questions you may have. Under the terms of Pixmania’s Seller Guarantee, you can contact us for help if you are unable to contact the seller by telephone or if they are not replying to your e-mails.

How does the Seller Guarantee work?
If you have any problems with an order placed with one of our partners, Pixmania can intervene on your behalf (between the 20th and 60th day following the confirmation of your order). If you would like us to do so, please go to the order tracking section of your user account and click on Activate a Seller Guarantee.
