It offers you a real-time connection to the latest route information (such as traffic information, latest fuel prices, etc.) straight to your device; saving you time, money and stress.

TomTom LIVE Services offers the best real-time services straight to your TomTom device, all in one convenient bundle:

  • - HD Traffic: Get the best real-time traffic information on motorways and secondary roads, to drive the smartest route and be sure of your arrival time.
    • Safety Alerts: Know the location of fixed and mobile safety cameras and accident blackspots, for safer, more relaxed driving.
  • - Fuel Prices: Get directions to the cheapest petrol station around and save money on your fuel bill.
  • - Local Search with Google: Find local shops and businesses wherever you are - and let your device take you there.

How does LIVE Services work?

TomTom LIVE services are 'live connected' services. This means that information and updates for each service - such as the latest traffic information, or weather forecasts - are sent directly to the SIM card of your TomTom device. So you don't need to activate anything and don't need to connect a mobile phone to your navigation device. Just get on the road, and your device does the rest.


Compatibility

At the moment you can only use TomTom LIVE Services on the new GO 940 LIVE, GO 740 LIVE and GO 540 LIVE.


Duration and costs

You can try TomTom LIVE services for free, for three months. If you want to continue using LIVE Services after this time, you can get an ongoing subscription via TomTom HOME desktop software for only £7.99 per month. You can stop using your subscription at any time - all you need to do is give a month's notice.


Save time and money

With LIVE Services you pay a fixed amount per month, so you don’t have to worry about any additional phone costs. You will save time and money making use of this great combination of services.


Coverage

TomTom LIVE Services can only be used in the country where you purchased your device. A the moment it is not possible to use it abroad
