General terms and conditions of membership

Members of the VIPix loyalty scheme are entitled to special services and discounts on Pixmania.com.

Customers may purchase the VIPix card on Pixmania.com for £14, or £7 if they sign up for the Zen Engagement or an extended warranty at the same time. The price of the card may vary depending on special offers.

VIPix members are entitled to the following advantages:

• 50% OFF delivery fees when you spend over £90
  This discount only applies to delivery costs as of your 2nd order as a VIPix member. This discount only applies to fast deliveries.
• 7% off all the products in the VIPix Lounge
  The VIPix Lounge includes a selected range of products from Pixmania.
  Products with a discount can be easily identified on Pixmania.com thanks to the “7% OFF” logo.
  Members of the scheme are entitled to this discount as soon as they register for the VIPix Card.
  
• A discount of up to 30% on Pixmania’s selection of Mega Deals
  Mega Deals refers to a selection of specially-priced products that is updated regularly.
  Members of the loyalty scheme are entitled to all of these discounts as soon as they register for the VIPix card.
  
• A discount of up to 15% on 3/5-year extended warranties
  VIPix members are entitled to a 10% discount on 3-year extended warranties, and a 15% discount on 5-year extended warranties.
  This discount is valid as of your second order as a VIPix customer.
• Priority treatment at Customer Services
• Advantages and gifts from corporate partners.
  Members of the VIPix loyalty scheme are entitled to discounts and promotional gifts from our corporate partners. Full details of these discounts and promotional gifts can be found in the Partners section of the website.

Discounts and special offers are available immediately. VIPix members are entitled to them as soon as payment for the VIPix card has been processed.

The VIPix card is valid for a period of one (1) year from the billing date.

Promotional codes and VIPix discounts cannot be used together.
The VIPix Card is name-specific and cannot be used by or on behalf of someone other than the card holder. Members accept full responsibility for the conservation and use of the card. These terms and conditions are effective as of 20 September 2010. Customers having ordered their VIPix card before this date are, nonetheless, entitled to the advantages specified in the general terms and conditions at the time of the card’s purchase. Members confirm that they have not applied for any other memberships or requested for their current membership to be renewed. Pursuant to Article n°78-17 of the French law pertaining to data processing, files and individual rights, incorrect personal data will automatically render membership null and void. Personal data excludes telephone numbers, which are optional for data processing. Data processing is subject to approved registration with the CNIL (an independent administrative authority in France protecting privacy and personal data) under the number 722349.

You have the right to access, oppose and modify data held about you by our Membership service. By sharing your e-mail address with our Membership service, you accept to receive e-mails from Pixmania that contain reminders of Member advantages and the latest news from Pixmania.
