Users can set their own customised workout routines and choose from over 20 new games to make exercising fun for the whole family. 

All the contents of Wii Fit are available in Wii Fit Plus, but this new software package has the advantage of allowing you to select an area for personal improvement and the amount of time you want to spend doing your activity, depending on your schedule. There are six new challenging yoga and strength features, and progress is measured in METs (Metabolic Equivalents) or number of calories burned.
